Villa Gemma
Pavo's villa is amazing. The location is fantastic, a quiet street 3 minutes walk through lovely pine forest to several beautiful little beaches. One with shallow water suitable for young kids and another deeper, for swimming. The villa is spacious and has everything you need and there are multiple areas to sit out in sun or shade and a lovely pool. The garden is gorgeous. There is good and quiet aircon in most of the rooms.
The area is lovely and very unspoilt .You can get water taxis to various islands , Dubrovnik and Cavtat and can hire kayaks , paddleboards etc. The area is fairly quiet which we liked but there are at least half a dozen restaurants to choose from in Mlini/ Srebreno. There is a small shop a minute from the house and a bigger mall ten minutes walk away with supermarket , department stores, pharmacy etc. If you are staying for a week and are happy to stay by the coast and islands I'd say you don't need a car. Water taxi is a much nicer way to travel.
I'd highly recommend this villa and area for a holiday.

Villa Gemma
We were a family party of four adults and four children. Villa Gemma was ideal for a large group and we had a very pleasant stay. The children loved the pool and there were several beaches to choose from nearby within walking distance. The immediate area was quiet and uncrowded. To the south was the village of Mlini and to the north Srebreno bay with the new Sheraton and a nice shopping center with a large supermarket. A convenience store just across the highway was well-stocked. Many restaurants and cafes to choose from. We rented kayaks and pedal boats at Srebreno. No need for a car. Pavo arranged a transfer from the airport and advised us to use Uber to get to and from Dubrovnik which worked very well. He and Gemma met us at the villa and gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful. The villa is well-kept and has everything needed. Especially nice was the beautiful garden and the excellent air conditioning. The separate pavilion with a ping pong table was a bonus.

Villa Gemma
We stayed in Pavo's beautiful home with 4 adults and 4 children. There are plenty of rooms and everything you need is provided. It was easy to buy and cook all our meals in his home as everything you need was there. The pool is perfect for an evening swim and just a stone throws away, there are plenty of beautiful beaches. And within 5mins you can eat out at the small number of restaurants nearby! Pavo, if I could buy your home, I would! Thank you!
